This has got to be one of the stupidest things I have seen. I really
hate waiting in line. I hate even more, waiting in a line that has a
small chance of killing me. To take the cake: this video is from Urban
Outfitters. Really? Now I love Urban Outfitters as much as the next
guy. I've got one on my street. It is frighteningly empty with sales
signs in the window.
I don't really get the whole Black Friday wait for hours, risk
hurting myself, my loved ones and others..... so that I can have the
privilege of shopping. Something these stores spend millions trying to
get me to do anyway. I mean people have died over the years. 10 people
get a $200 TV and the rest get semi normal sales prices on old stock????
To the best of my knowledge, no one was hurt in this video. But is anyone else reminded of the 1979 tragedy at the Who concert? Maybe,
it is time for stores to think a little more about safety. How about
those Great America barricades to have a nice orderly line?!
Thanks!
